Refund & Return Policy

At Gharza Couture, all pieces are crafted to order and made-to-measure. As our garments — including jalabiyas, abayas, and kaftans — are custom-made to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
