Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes! All our pieces can be made to your exact measurements. Please contact us at gharza.workshop@gmail.com with your measurements before placing your order.
Are your pieces ready to ship or made to order?
We offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces. Product listings will indicate which applies. Made-to-order pieces may require additional production time.
Can I request a custom design or colour?
We occasionally accept custom design requests. Please reach out to us directly to discuss your requirements and availability.

How do I find my size?

What if I am between sizes?

Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UAE, GCC countries, Europe, and other international destinations. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
UAE orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. GCC and international orders take 6–10 business days depending on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
UAE shipping is a flat rate of AED 30. GCC and international rates are calculated based on order weight at checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered items in original packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are available for size or colour where stock permits. Please contact us before sending your item back.
Are made-to-order pieces returnable?
Unfortunately, made-to-order and custom pieces are non-returnable as they are created specifically for you.
