Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your shipment every step of the way.
- As each Gharza Couture piece is carefully crafted or prepared with attention to detail, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
- If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and work with you to find a suitable solution.
- If you have ordered the wrong size, we are happy to offer an alteration service whenever possible. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, as well as the shipping cost for sending the altered item back.
- To help us process your request promptly, kindly provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
- Items submitted for inspection or alteration must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
- Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings and are not considered manufacturing defects.
