At Gharza Couture, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from perfume, stains, or any signs of use
Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order and custom pieces
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at gharza.workshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us to check availability before sending your item back.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
